Hello there!

It doesn't look like we have an exact match for this top sash guide. Can you measure from the center of the installation hole to the bottom edge of the top sash guide? That measurement may help with our search.

Thank you! I'm afraid we couldn't locate an exact match for this top sash guide. Since the 18-036 is nylon, you can drill the top installation hole for the screw to match the position of the hole on your old top sash guide.
