Anderson Window parts

Hi, I am re-modelling a home, with Anderson windows purchased likely 10+ years ago. The plastic clasp at the end of the shaft has broken so the window will not open and close (though the cog mechanism is working fine). do I need to purchase a new entire straight arm operator, or is it possible just to replace the clasp at the end? replacing the entire part will require pulling out the wood trimming on the window itself.

Hello! You should be able to just replace the shoe. Look at our 39-281 and see if this is the same as yours.
