Terrible client image, sorry about that.

Almond colored casement window. The entire crank assembly needs to be replaced.

Pls advise on the correct part.

To determine the style of crank assembly uses, we will need to see the window open where we can see the arm that attaches to the window sash. From there we can determine if we can supply a suitable replacement option. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional pictures,

The window uses an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Please compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit. Please note that we do not carry a replacement for the link arm that connects the operator to the window sash. This arm will need to be reused for these operators to work.
