We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see another close-up photo of the connecting point between the spring and pulley system in your balance. that will help us determine if our stock balances would work for your window or if they would need to be custom-ordered. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like your balances have the same type of spring and pulley connection as our stock balances. Take a look at the S395-28 (2740) channel balances, which have the same winged top and non-winged bottom fittings as your assembly.
