Need to I'd this rod, 29" channel no plastic on either end 9/16 x 5/8 channel. Also any help with the shoe would be great.

Your balance resembles the Series 770 channel balance, but with the 62-105 hook attached instead of the terminal clip. This hook attaches to the 15-105 pivot shoe which yours resembles. We can provide this balance via a custom order.
