Broken left side. Can't engage open or close

I'd like to order replacement operators but need to get left side open to get measurements. The handle says weather shield but the right hand side slide says it's a Truth. Please advise. Thnx

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-013 and 39-014 or the 39-027E and 39-028E operators. The main difference between the two styles is the length of the arm. Compare all dimensions and let us know what you think! Also see the 39-114L handle if needed.
