Casement operator gear broken

Our house was built in 1978, and we have crank-out Pella casement windows on our home's second story. We can no longer crank open one 30-1/2" x 40-1/2" window because the operator hardware is broken. You can see the broken gear in the posted photo. Is it possible to get replacement hardware for this window? And if so, can we just replace the one broken section? We appreciate your professional advice. Thank you -- Larry

Hello,

Your operator resembles the Pella 39-176. See the dimensions below to confirm it's a match. We also offer the 39-175 opposite-handed version. Both operators used the 39-109B handle. Unforutnately, the cover was discontinued and is no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you, Casey. This is great information. We are going to recheck measurements and compare photos. If all looks good, we'll place an order for Pella 39-176. We really appreciate your assistance. -- Larry
