ordered Product Code: 39-142

the measurements look correct but the holes on each piece are different. The holes on the replacement part that you recommend has holes on the face side. Mine only has holes on the inside see attached picture not sure if that will make a difference when installing into the window. Thank you for getting back to me on this.

This appears to be a rear mount operator. That means you would want the 39-022 if the specifications match up. Let me know if you have any other questions!
