It's tough to be sure since only part of the operator's arms are visible in your photos but I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-239B to your assembly. This operator is used with the 39-558 detach clips and 39-536 pivot slides. If you notice any discrepancies compared to the images below, please get back to us with additional photos to help us research this further for you. We also offer the 39-375 folding handle and cover for this operator.
As for your lock, there's a good chance that we can provide a replacement but we would need to see it fully removed since it is partially covered by the window frame. In the meantime, you're welcome to look through our selection here. Thank you!
