Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the S795-28 and S795-32 channel balances to an intact assembly. Note that these balances come with the 15-195 T-lock and 19-043 screw tab attached. Look over an undamaged balance from the other side or an identical window to confirm the pulley clip needed for your balances. You'll also need to locate the stamp code on your metal channel to choose the corresponding strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you!
