EMCO handle/lock assembly

Looking for the complete handle/lock assembly for EMCO circa 1993/94 Forever Viewstorm door, preferably in brass. The door's serial no. is D-052065. The pulled out assembly has 0696 stamped on it. From front view the small screws are approx. 6 7/8 apart top to top. On latch view, the outer screws are approx. 6 15/16 apart top to top. Door thickness is a hair under 1 inch.

This lockset is unfortunately not made anymore, but you may be able to use our 40-049 as a substitute. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
