Thanks for posting! Your sweep latch bears a close resemblance to either the 90-274 Acorn Lock and Keeper or the 90-278 Lock & Keeper.

To replace your Jeld-Wen latch, consider the 90-252 Latch Mechanism along with the 90-253 Latch Cover, or the 90-323 Sash Lock & Keeper Set.
