Hi I'm trying to get information on replacing the lower sash pivot/friction shoes. The shoes I'll call them came unattached from the sash which causes the window to free float up and down . Are replacements available? Thanks Tom

FYI these windows are not mine but my sisters.

Hello,

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but what I can make out resembles the 15-191 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 160 coil springs. The determining factor will be how the specifications below compare to yours. Toy may also want to check the pivot bars that connect the bottom corners of the sash to the pivot shoes for damage. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
