Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure if we'll have a suitable replacement for this operator but we can try our best. In order to help, we would need to see your hardware completely removed from the window, including dimensions and a clear view of the installation holes, as well as the arms that attach to the internal linkage of the window.
I'm afraid it's not possible to narrow down your options without the requested information. I know that's not ideal but it's the only way for us to help, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
