Milgard Single Hung Window

Hi
These pics are from an older Milgard single hung window (only lower segment slides up. The sliding portion of the window is double glazed and is about 27" wide and 20" high. The sliding mechanism is labeled 13 5. It's also marked BSI RN.

Please tell me what replacement part to order.

Thanks for writing in. I'm confident we can replace this balance for you, but I need to see the bottom nylon fitting as well in order to properly identify what you need. Any clips or hooks that come out of this nylon shoe (if there are any) should also be pictured. From there, we'll identify what you need. Many thanks.
