If you are having an issue with opening and closing the window, this may indicate an issue with either the casement operator or the window hinge. You'll be able to confirm this by removing the operator, then manually opening and closing the window.

The handles would not be designated for left or right since they are installed at the center of the operator. You'll need the 39-114L Crank Handle, tagged below.
