Hey there,
The hardware you have here is an awning window operator. It can be replaced with the 39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm.
Its a bit difficult to tell exactly how the bracket is mounted to the window sill. That said, you'll need review and compare both the 39-340 and 39-424 to determine which of these is the best replacement.
The compatible crank handle is the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle.
