PGT Window Balance

I have a PGT window with a spring balance 26 long ,1/2 wide and 5/8 deep with the ends in pic. What would be the correct replacement?

I recommend looking at our Series 395 to start out. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.
