Hey there, looks like you need the hinge, not the operator. We sell the 36-048. I think this should work for you as long as two criteria are met:

1. You replace both the top and bottom at the same time.
2. The base track is the same length at 10".

As long as those two issues are addressed, I'm certain that our 36-048 can work for you.

Yes, that will be an important factor. I'm glad you checked! 

So, they don't make a 13-1/2" long hinge anymore, but our modern 36-049 has a 14" long base track. This should be perfectly sufficient for your application.
