Peach tree sliding patio door

Question

My employer is selling a house with a peach tree patio slider
It appears to have 2 locks on it
The right side locks into the jamb
That seems to be working
The other lock is on the left side of the sliding panel
It seams to lock both panels together
It says locked or unlocked
It appears to be broken in the locked position
I've never seen that type of lock before
Can it be replaced & how does it work

I'm afraid that we do not have a replacement for these locks. Peachtree is out of business and these parts are becoming harder and harder to come by these days. I'm not sure who may still have it. I'm very sorry that we cannot be of more help.
