Pella casement window parts.

Question

I recently purchased and installed the 39-096 Pella replacemnt crank from you. The attached images refer to a small plastic/nylon slider that is supposed to align the window itself in the frame when one opens and closes t6he crank. Although not associated with the crank itself, this part appears broken, can you kindly advise where, how I can obtain a couple of replacements, please

It appears your plastic clips are a part of the Swisco 39-351 LH Hinge and the 39-352 RH Hinge. The clips are currently available with the complete hinge sets; we are working on bringing in the plastic shoes only. We will post again when the shoes are available loose.
