Pella window balances

Question

Need 2 S795-28c balances. 1 inch wide shoe. Open cam. With a hook top. No hole in vinyl frame. Could you give me a price on that ? Also I have 2 different windows that need coil balances. The coil balance is 1/2 inch wide with a screw hole like s190 or s175 with a stamp 3 on it.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can supply the S795-28 with the 28C stamp and 15-198 hook attached via custom order. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link for (2) that you can use to place an order on our website. Is the 1" shoe you're looking for the 15-194? This doesn't have an open cam. We don't sell an open-cam version of the 15-194 but it's a place to start at least, though I can't promise it will work. The purchase link doesn't include the shoe so don't forget to add the 15-194 to your cart separately. The video below will show you how to swap out this type of shoe for your replacement balances.

We're happy to help with the coil balances but we'll need more information. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe? If we can ID that first, we can figure out the compatible coils.
