We are looking for right and left replacements for our window crank and multi lock. Do you know the parts I would need?

Thanks for posting. For the multi-point lock, see our 38-095, 38-096, 38-138 or 38-139. Compare all the dimensions below, including the projection of the fork, to see if any of these match what you need.

The casement operator appears to be the ROTO 39-091 (its opposite-handed version is the 39-092). ROTO discontinued the bracket arm that connects this operator's short arm to the sash, so you'll need to reuse your old one if possible. For a new handle that works with this operator, see the 39-224 sold separately. Let me know if you have further questions.
