Seattle apartment casement windows

I'm with Goldfinch Brothers, a glazing company in Washington. We have been asked to replace hardware on up to 38 windows. Can you identify and quote each piece?
We believe the casement operator to be an Amesbury Truth Maxim series.
We've been asked for:
lower hinges, operators, probably need the matching upper guide
latches and limiters
fresh air vent covers
We'd like to buy a set to confirm match and possibly convince them to replace all hardware.
Thank you!

Hello,

Take a look and compare the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base to the original assemblies. We also offer the 39-220B and 39-221B operators. Review the measurements below to determine if they match the original hardware. If so, see the handle and covers, as well as the compatible mounting brackets, related on this page.

Unforutnately, we do not carry vent covers for the large cutout shown in your third photo. We apologize for the inconvenience but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

We've been onsite now and have more information. Please see attached PDF with multiple hardware notes.
Hinges are different than option proposed - measurements included
Also need the part that attaches the hinge to the window. These are stripping out at the window - got any special repair parts for that issue??

Limiter hardware part shown
Can you tell me what the upper guide part is? Very hard to get a photo of.

Here is what the order looks like so far:
4 ea RH operator
6 ea LH operator
44 hinges with part the attaches to the window, equal L & R to be confirmed
27 LH limiters
10 RH limiters
9 latches/lock

thanks
Rebecca

Unforutnately, we do not carry a version of these hinges with a 13" long base but we do offer the 14" long 36-049, which should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. These hinges do not come with installation screws but we offer the 33-011 commonly used with them.

We also do not carry a sash limiter intended to install on the side of a casement window like yours but take a look at the 39-398 sash stop and our installation video below.

The operators look like a match to the 39-220B and 39-221B we recommended originally as long as the specifications match up to yours, which use the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with covers.

We carry a handful of multi-point locks similar to your lock. You can start by reviewing the specifications of the 38-095 and 38-096 or 38-138 and 38-139. The overall dimensions and projection of the fork would be the determining factors. See what you think and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
