This is a 33" non-tilt window spring counter weight 3/8

Thank you for posting on our discussion board. Based on your photos and part of your information, leads me to the Series 900 balance, which is used for a tilt window. However, you mentioned that your window is non-tilt. Could we have you confirm that your window only goes up and down and can not tilt out for cleaning?

It can tilt out for cleaning.
