Am trying to replace various parts on my windows. House was built in 1998-9. Parts needed include several balances (measure of covers are 29" and 34"), balance shoes, one pivot bar, one balance tension tool, one window lock. Only brand I see on window is MW which is on lock. The balance shoe model no. appears to be 590CSE. See attached pictures. I can send more if needed.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Since you have a tilt window, I recommend the 3/8" S900 or 5/8" S600 spiral balances depending on the outer tube of the original. You can refer to the old tip to see which color option you'll need.

Your pivot shoe is discontinued but you might be able to use the 15-118 if the specifications match up. I can't be certain of the pivot bar since the tip is broken off but the 26-366 comes to mind. You'll want to compare the specifications with an undamaged version to confirm.

As for the lock, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center?

Emily, thank you for your message. On the lock, I will follow up in the next 2-3 days on the measurement as I am out of town. I am ordering the other 4 parts. Also, do you have stripping to cover the channel that holds the balances and shoes (see attached photos) and devices to hold string from a blind ( see attached). The latter is 2 inches wide. Thanks, Bernard

Unfortunately, we don't sell replacement balance covers or the plastic pieces shown here. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Emily, On the lock, the distance between screw holes is 2 1/8 inches, front and back (see attached). Also, do you have the tilt locks like the ones attached? Bernard

I'm afraid we don't have a lock with 2-1/8" installation hole center spacing. We have the 90-278 but this measures 2-1/16 on the installation hole centers with an 11/16" backset. We recommend you double-check your dimensions just to be safe!

As for the latch, take a look at the 26-243 and 26-244's specifications and see if they match up with your old one.
