Thank you for responding to my cry for help.  This is a frustrating mess trying to find parts for discontinued windows.  Anyway here is my attempt to follow the video plus additional photos.

Unfortunately, our company doesn't sell any weatherstripping that attaches to the window this way. I'm sorry to say that we don't carry a good match for your seal.
