Window Balance Replacement

Hey there,

I am confident we have a replacement balance we can supply you with however, to be absolutely sure I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. The stamp provided only indicates the weight range the balance can hold to support the sash weight; unfortunately, we cannot use it to identify the exact series you need.

Please include photos of both the top and bottom plastic attachments from the balance as well as a photo of the pulley system in the center of the balance. I'll need to see the bracket in the middle of the balance where the spring and the string meet.

Thanks for the additional photos. Its a bit difficult to tell from the angle of the photo of your top guide but I believe you'll need the S350-28 Channel Balance. This balance features a wingless top guide and a 1-3/32" winged shoe.
