Window Operator Replacement

Trying to find the correct window operator replacement for a client. They do not have the old operator for me to match the new one to. However the window is a Roto window HG04.

Thanks for posting! We may be able to provide you with a recommendation for the operator you have here. Although, it will be pretty hard to narrow down the correct replacement without a photo of the original.

Are there any similar windows in the home that have an existing operator installed? Is there any other hardware left behind in the window?
