Window Parts

Question

I am looking for the parts at the top corner of the window. The small black plastic covered metal pivot plate (?) and the 10 inch metal bar attached to the inside frame of the window, which the pivot plate slides into. These hold the window into the frame at the top of the window.  The plate has a number on it, 40650. I don't see any numbers on the pivot plate thing.  These are Windsor windows from the early 90's, a Colorado company that is no longer in business. Can you identify these two parts and do you have them?

It appears that you are in need of new hinges. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Note that the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.
