The arm shown is part of the window hinge. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2- bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to replaced at the same time. Review the video below for more information and let us know if you have any additional questions.
