Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the casement operator shown in your photos but take a look at the 39-315. One difference you'll notice is that your operator has a slight offset on the link arm, while ours is straight.

We also offer the 39-171 operator, which is similar, but the 39-315 should work. Review both options, along with the related hardware and videos to assist with your repair. Thanks for posting.
