It looks like you need a new channel balance. I think we can supply this, but yours looks like it might have to be custom made. To confirm, can you show me a close up and clear picture of both the top and bottom nylon fitting? Can you also show me a similar picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? Finally, how many did you need?
