Window won't stay open

Question

Hello, I have a few windows that won't stay open.  From what I've seen they have these on both sides and some of them are broken.  Are these replaceable?

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! The plastic piece you have here is the 15-209 Balance End Bracket. The metal piece connected to it is a part of the balance, which has been discontinued and, unfortunately, we do not have a suitable alternative that can be used in its place.

Take a look over the dimensions for the 15-209 to determine if this is the correct replacement for you.
