I believe you have an old Silverline awning operator with the "e" clip on the end. As a replacement, I would recommend our 39-025 operator. This uses a threaded sector and screw instead of the "e" clip. In your photo, you do not show the installation holes in the housing, but compare our dimensions with your sample to ensure that they match.
