This is the one I was going to order, I am worried about the distance of the screw holes from the end. Mine is only 3 1/4" and this one is four.

In my experience, it's almost always necessary to redrill the installation holes on your replacement shower door rail. I've never used this to repair a door and have the holes line up. I would recommend drilling them on the new rail, rather than the door itself, as otherwise you might risk hitting the glass.
