pivot for double hung window spring system

I am looking for a pivot pin for a double hung window spring system.. the other hardware for this window from'70 or '80 are from Truth i am including a picture of the left side from the inside. Any help locating this or a reasonable replacement would be appreciated. the latches are not available at this time so these may not be.
