replacing Simonton Coil Blance, Pivot Bar, single support

Question

I purchased 15-259, 26-083, 15-255 and S159-07 to fix my Simonton windows but the coil balance pivot shoe does not fit in the opening in the vinyl track of my windows. The video on the your site says it's easy to cut a bigger opening. How would I do that? I do not have a lot of tools. I thought I could do this repair with screwdrivers.

To answer your question, yes you would have to make a cut out in the window track to remove the old hardware. Our video below will explain the steps to do so.
