I need to replace this part on our window. I do not know the brand. Thank you.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but it looks like the spline that attaches to the handle to the base of the operator is broken. Unforutnately, that means that the entire assembly will need to be replaced since the spline can new be repaired once it is broken. If you could show us your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible, we can go from there. Thank you!
