Thanks for posting! I'm not familiar with the Reuten brand, but we will do our best to find a good match for this operator.

The only issue is the bearing at the end of the arm. This is where a wheel goes on most operators, but you just have a peg. Could a wheel have gone here, and simply broken off? If so, could you show us a picture of an operator that still has its wheel, perhaps from the other side? That will help us find a good match.

If the peg is all there is, then I'd like to see what it connects to, instead. There should be a track on the sash, and presumably a slider or bracket of some kind where the peg snaps in. 

Either way, let me know! We'll definitely figure something out for you, we just have to clear up that last detail.
