Correct Jeld-Wen window balance needed

Question

most of my double hung tilt in windows have broken balances. The metal assembly is pulled away from the T channel stop. I want to make sure I get the correct part. they are 28C assembles and look like 795 series. I would need 16. The attached pic is of the stop which looks slightly different then the site diagram/picture.

Thanks for posting! You are correct, your T-Lock pivot shoe does slightly differ from our shoe but our Series 795 Channel Balance should still work well as a replacement for your application. This balance comes assembled with the 15-195 1-1/4" Closed Cam T-Lock Shoe.

You'll need the S795-28 with a 28C stamp. Although, you should be aware that this balance comes with a screw tab. If yours has a hook on top, depending on how the hook installs, this may need to be a custom order balance.
